How long does delivery take?

Usually 10–14 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Does the undercoat rake suit every breed?

It works best on double-coated breeds — German shepherds, huskies, golden retrievers, border collies, spitz types and similar. For short-haired breeds without an undercoat, we'd recommend the grooming glove instead.

Can I use it on a cat?

Yes, but use light pressure and go slowly. Cats have thinner skin.

What if I change my mind?
